holy frijoles... jk. my spanish teacher said that all the time last year.... tripod? ahhhhhh but its probably much work. but good advice! how'd you get stative from tripod?

Often these tripods aren't cheap, so some other construction can do it too. ;)

thanks! though usually when i take pictures of my paitings its night, and my room doesn't have very good lighting so.... the flash becomes nessecary! lol. what was the static thing you spoke of?
